Delete your Scan2Call account
Google Play requires a way to delete your account and associated data. Choose either option below.
Option 1 — In the Scan2Call app (recommended)
- Open Scan2Call and sign in
- Go to Settings
- Tap Delete account and confirm
Option 2 — Delete here (no app required)
Sign in with the same Google account you use in Scan2Call. This permanently deletes that resident account.
What is deleted
- Account profile (name, email)
- Sign-in sessions and registered devices / push tokens
- Personal door QR (disabled for visitors)
- Membership links for your personal workspace
What may remain
- Anonymized call metadata needed for service integrity (not usable as a login)
- Local history or recordings still saved on a phone until you remove them there
